An infrared induction loop audio system is operated through the venue for visitors with hearing impairments. Wheelchair access is available throughout the Vox, as well as Resorts World as a whole. Lifts up to the second floor can be found on the ground floor next to Las Iguanas. Unisex, wheelchair-accessible toilets are also available throughout the Vox and Resorts World.
